How we handle your information

What this portal is for

This is a private portal Attune AI Systems uses to collect the details, content and files we need to build your project. Only you and the Attune AI team can see what you add to your project.

What we collect

Your name, email and company name; the answers you give in the onboarding sections; and any files you choose to upload. We do not ask for payment card details in this portal, and we never collect more than we need to do the work.

How it is kept safe

• Your account is protected by a password, which is stored in a securely hashed form and never in plain text.
• The whole portal is served over an encrypted connection.
• Files you upload are held in private storage and are only ever shown to you or the Attune AI team.
• Your project is kept separate from every other client's, so nobody else can reach it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just get in touch with us and we will help. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, please contact the Attune AI team.
